I leave tomorrow for playa Buena Vista. It is such a long ride and after the cops on the way here. I am not really looking forward to it.

Bocas was great!

I went on motorcycle ride with a loveley young woman from Quebec named Julie. It was really fun. I crossed a crazy bridge into with my riding partner Ryan. And I think I am going to try this Flying Boat thing in Bocas Del Toro, Panama.

This is where I am currently staying. I have become known as hammok dude.
I love the fact that I can lay in a hammok in a night club. Very nice way to watch the ladies. This Hostel is only accessible by a boat ride that costs 1 dollar each way.

Bocas Del Toro, Panama

I arrived here this morning. I was lucky enough to find a riding partner in Puerto Viejo. We had quite an adventure crossing the bridge into Panama. My partner´s bike is a giant 1100 BMW. Half way across the bridge traffic started coming from the other direction. He was unable to turn his big bike around. It caused quite a traffic jam. Eventually the locals helped him get it turned and we were allowed by the Police to take a new bridge under construction.

I miss Sonia already. She really got under my skin. She is moving back to the Canary Islands. So0 it is unlikely I will see much of her again. But I really do care about her and think she is quite unique and special. Although her ADD would drive most people batty. It has a calming effect on me. Makes me seem like I am totally chill.

Stuck at Rockin J´s AGAIN.

I haven´t made it out of the hammock for 3 days str8 now. Planning on Panama tomorrow. I have a very long story about getting extorted by the police twice on my way here. And it rained on me for 4 hours. Quite a ride. The muse is still here. And I kind of like her more and more everyday. She´s funny and quite beautiful.

Just letting you all know I am still alive. Later.

This is the next step of my journey. It will be a 6 hour bike ride to the border. Later.

Painting the Wunderbar at El Castillo, Playa Buena Vista, Costa Rica

So while I wait for Easter to pass before heading to Panama. I had to find something to do. So I used the paints that she gave me and painted a little mural things on the bar. Here's a little compilation of the work. You get the idea... it was fun.
